Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect products only.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Food items, including Makhana, Thekua, and Laddus, are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after return approval.
